Values

We are a friendly, caring, Christ-centered community offering God's healing, help and hope.

Ministering with Values

  • We are committed to equipping Christians, through the teaching of God's Word, to follow Christ in every sphere of life.

  • We are committed to using spiritual gifts for the common good of the Body of Christ.

  • We are committed to keeping the Holy Scriptures as the primary rule of faith and practice and the center of theological reflection.

  • We are committed to praying for the ministries and activities of this church.

  • We are committed to experiencing vibrant worship that encounters the living God.

  • We are committed to treating one another with friendly, loving respect.

  • We are committed to lay ministry through training and opportunities which encourage volunteers to serve in church ministries.

  • We are committed to diversity - striving to eliminate the barriers of prejudice that separate us.

  • We are committed to risk change.  With God's help, we will evaluate and implement new strategies and methods to effectively minister in today's changing world.

  • We are committed to excellence - every person exercising his/her spiritual gift to the best of their ability.

  • We are committed to assuring financial accountability for the ministry of our church.

Our Core Principles

  • Matthew 28: 18-20 Mobilize the people of God to provide for the physical and spiritual needs of the local community and beyond our comfort zones.
  • Matthew 22:37-39 Follow the example given us by Jesus Christ, and love all people by overcoming our human desire to exclude based on behavior.
  • Isaiah 61:1 Build ministries on the foundation of God's desire to bring new beginning and spiritual resurrection into every life.
