The "Faithful Friends with Helping Hands" ministry is looking for people who are able and willing to provide some assistance with transportation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, minor repairs, etc. to those who need a hand up. Please give this some prayerful thought and consider what you might be able to do. If you could help in this ministry, please give Cindy Edwards a call at the church office.  There will also be a sign-up sheet available in the gathering area soon. This is strictly a volunteer opportunity.

How to Help in Haiti

We seek to bring all people to Jesus by being a friendly, Christ-centered community offering God's healing, help and hope.

Global Ministries Missions

Community Outreach

Go unto all the earth
Our pastor helps lead J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) every Monday during the school year at Roscommon High School during lunch periods, and at Roscommon Middle School after school.  We also offer excellent child care in the Good Shepherd Child Development Center.  Various ministry groups in our church participate in a wide variety of activities in the community and beyond.  Below is a list of ongoing activities available.  Click on any of the items below to see more information.
Check Missions and Volunteer for other ways to help locally and around the world.

Riverhouse Shelter is in need of towels, wash cloths, dish towels and cloths and pillows. All can be slightly used. When a resident leaves the shelter, they are given these items to furnish their new
home. If you can help in anyway, it would be greatly appreciated.

Please, don’t forget our Pennies for Potatoes!.

God’s Love to all,
